Update: I’ve moved! Phila. > Washington DC

Its been a busy month!

Based on my headline, you’ve likely gathered that i’m on the move.

After six wonderful years in Philadelphia working at world class organizations such as Longwood Gardens, University of Pennsylvania, and KieranTimberlake as well the Fairmount Park scene at Woodford Mansion its time to say goodbye for now.

I recently accepted a job at Tudor Place in Washington DC as Director of Buildings, Gardens & Grounds. I’m thrilled to be putting all my skills and talents to use at one fantastic organization in Georgetown. With this opportunity I truly feel that i am coming full circle in equally applying my true passions in historic landscape architecture, horticulture, organizational development, and visitor-centric environments. As a historic house museum and public garden, Tudor Place is one giant classroom that presents endless opportunities for serving its mission of telling America’s story.

With that said, my future posts are likely to be products of concepts and ideas that come from on the job experiences and regional exploration.
